Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pixel Hive Agency website (“Site”) and related services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

“Client” means any individual or entity that engages Pixel Hive Agency for Services.
“Content” refers to any text, images, designs, code or other materials provided by Pixel Hive Agency.
“Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions along with any proposal or statement of work accepted by the Client.

3. Scope of Services

Pixel Hive Agency provides creative services, including but not limited to brand identity design, website design, UI/UX, digital illustrations, and creative consulting (each a “Service”). The exact deliverables and timelines will be set forth in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work.

Any additional work beyond the agreed deliverables will require a written change order and may incur additional fees.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, assets (e.g., logos, copy), and access to necessary systems. Delays in Client feedback may affect project timelines; Pixel Hive Agency will not be liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Pixel Hive Agency grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Pixel Hive Agency retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

All third-party materials (fonts, stock images, plugins) are licensed separately and subject to their own terms.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are set forth in the Proposal and are payable as follows: 50% deposit upon project kickoff, 50% upon final delivery. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our hourly rate of ₹2,500/hour.

All invoices are payable within 15 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Hive Agency’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Hive Agency and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the Client’s breach of this Agreement or use of deliverables.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

10. Changes to Terms

Pixel Hive Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Clients of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of Services after changes signifies acceptance.
